Terms of Service
General
As the creator of the artwork:I retain the right to refuse any commission and to refuse to work with any client for any reason. I am not required to give an explanation to the prospective client.I retain the copyright to my work. I retain the right to showcase my works on my personal social media sites & galleries. This includes as examples of commissioned works.I will refuse to work on content that is:
‣ Hateful, political or discriminatory
‣ Mature in theme - I do not draw sexual, violet or mature content
‣ Nude characters
‣ Copyrighted charactersThat list is not exhaustive and I may decline any request that I am uncomfortable with or do not feel confident about completing.
Revisions & Amendments
REGULAR COMMISSIONS
Regular commissions include a WIP via a draft sketch. Sometimes this can be multiple sketches to choose from. These are typically sent via either email or social media DMs depending on the method of communication on a case-by-case basis.Edits to the sketch are free, unless there are major posing and composition edits that were not included in the request's briefing. All commission prices include up to three revisions in the sketch stage. Please ensure that you do not need more and offer clear references if you need to show how you'd like the sketch adjusted.Errors on my part such as missed or incorrect details on a character's design where it was clearly shown on the references will be fixed for free with no additional cost to the client.SKEB-STYLE COMMISSIONS
Skeb-style commissions DO NOT include any revisions.I will only edit the commission for free if I have missed a detail clearly shown on the references.I will not edit the commission for free if the references are inconsistent and I'm not told which details should or shouldn't be included. For example, if one reference has piercings and another reference doesn't. I will simply pick. Please be careful to let me know what details to include if you're sending multiple references.I retain the right to ask for a fee to make these revisions to skeb-style commissions.
Cancellations & Refunds
I do not offer full refunds for artwork that has been started.Clients are not entitled to any refund for work that I have almost completed rendering on.In the instance of a cancellation, a partial refund will be discussed with the client on a case-by-case basis. I am taking compensation for my time, not as payment for what has already been completed.Clients are not entitled to unwatermarked, full resolution versions of their art if the commission is not completed. This is regardless of the cause for the cancellation. Clients are not permitted or to use the draft stages sent to them as updates in any way.

As soon as this is sent I'll ask for the email address to send the invoice to. From there, I will proceed with the commission.
